The Knoxville Team

We needed a break and God provided.

Last night a team from Knoxville arrived at our Team House in Merci’ de Dieu (Thanks to God) Village. It is always great to host others who share the same faith and have the same vision for a hurting people.

It has allowed our work team to take a break from the heat and work required to build eight homes in three weeks. The fellowship has been sweet and watching their love develop for the people, especially the children in the village was heartwarming.

As the sun set we enjoyed dinner under the gazebo as a welcomed breeze cooled us down. Three of the village children even sang for us after the meal.

It was a needed and restful break from our routine. Bon Dye bon. (God is good).
